Staff

Samantha Macke, Administration Director

Samantha’s professional career began as a high school teacher in a small charter school. While the instruction of students was rewarding, the growth of the endeavor was fascinating. Because she began teaching at the same time that the school opened, she was able to be part of the strategic planning process and business development including recruitment of students, development of policy and management of staff. After a few years as a teacher, she was promoted to an Assistant Director of the School. In that position she found her passion for curriculum and staff development. Creating competency based and dynamic curriculums then training the staff to implement them seemed to utilize all of her natural talents and interests. After leaving the education field, she began working with other small organizations to facilitate staff trainings and support in business development initiatives.

Samantha was thrilled to join Michael Port as the Administration Director for BSU. Here she is perpetually engaged in intellectually stimulating projects and loves working with our clients to help them achieve their dreams. She has found an outlet for her organizational tendencies in an environment that supports a creative individual. With Michael Port, it is all about thinking big and Samantha is looking to do just that.
