How to be a superhero
My 5-year-old son, Jake, looked at the cover of Seth’s new book, Linchpin, which was sitting on my bedside table, and remarked, “Daddy, does that book teach you how to be a superhero?” I smiled and said, “Why, yes. Indeed it does.”

Michael, I have long enjoyed Seth’s business, and life-stretching thinking. My copy of Lynchpin just arrived Saturday. The reason I bought it is the invitation – and case – he makes for each of us to rise to the artist withing us. We are creators by nature. We ought to step up then, and make a creative difference.
